Our friends from the WDVTA will be holding their Annual General Meeting in
St Paul’s Parish Rooms, Reading Road, Wokingham, RG41 1EH.

The formal AGM should be complete by 8pm and this will be followed by a talk by members about the results of their survey of veteran and significant trees across Wokingham Borough (see the survey map here). Some 8500 trees were recorded including many in Fox Hill woods.

You are very welcome to join them as they celebrate the closure of this major venture. They will describe something of what they have learned about the borough’s precious old trees and report their thoughts about how they can be better protected in the future.
