Not looking great in your email client? View in your browser Dear friend, It seems like a good time to give you an update about the work the FOFH committee have been doing in the last few weeks. Did you know that there is only a single registered footpath through Fox Hill Woods? Hopefully not for much longer! A group is now working with Wokingham Borough Council, finalising the documentation required to make an application for a Public Rights of Way Modification Order. If successful, we hope to have some of the best-used natural trails and paths through the woods given official status as footpaths or bridleways, ensuring access for us all for years to come. This is separate from the Greenway that is currently under consultation, where we are also in discussion with the project manager. We’ll soon be in contact regarding the collection of historical evidence of footpath use, to help with the rights of way application.
